The Terms for the Submission of Offers at Janów Podlaski Stud

1.
Any and all physical and legal persons may submit offers. All offers will be treated on equal basis.

2.
Entry into the auction is valid only after payment of a deposit set at 500 zl. The registration of clients, payment of the deposit onto the Farm's account and any confirmation of the above will take place at the Farm's office on the day of the auction until the time the auction begins.

3.
The payment of the deposit entails automatically the acceptance of the terms of the auction.

4.
The paid deposit will be included in the price of the purchase.

5.
Paid deposit will be returned to the client in the case of a purchase not being made.

6.
The auction will will begin at 13.00.

7.
The buyer will be the submitter of the highest offer providing the reserve price has been reached. The sale will be made depending on the verdict of the commission.

8.
Stadnina Koni Janow Podlaski Sp. z o.o. (Ltd) reserves the right to withdraw any horse from the auction for reasons known only to the Farm itself.

9.
The buyer is obliged to confirm the purchase with a signature directly after the conclusion of the auction.

10.
The buyer is obliged to make a complete payment for the purchases made onto the account of the Stadnina Koni Janow Podlaski Sp. z o.o. within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the auction.

11.
The purchased horse will not be released from the custody of the Farm before the full payment is made onto the account of the Farm.

12.
In the case when the purchase payment is not made within seven days from the day of the conclusion of the auction the act of purchase will be nullified and will result in the loss of the deposit.

13.
Buyers from abroad will be liable for all costs concerned with the shipping, in particular with the cost of veterinary export approval, export permission and shipping documents, as well as insurance and transportation fees.

14.
The release of the horse from the place of the auction can only take place on fulfilling the entire financial obligation held by the buyer towards the Farm.

15.
The buyer will load the horse onto the buyer's own means of transportation at the buyer's own cost and risk.

16.
The responsibility for the welfare of the horse will be placed upon the buyer in the moment the horse is made available for the loading.

17.
All costs associated with the purchased horse will become the liability of the buyer on the eighth day from the day of the conclusion of the auction.

18.
In the case of the veterinary export approval disqualifying the purchased horse from shipment abroad, the deposit will be returned to the buyer and the Farm will accept the liability for the costs of the veterinary examination.

19.
All clients will receive upon payment of the deposit a free of charge catalogue and list of the horses for sale. All official information provided after the distribution of the printed material will override the information provided prior to the new information.

20.
All persons presiding on the grounds of Stadnina Koni Janow Podlaski Sp. z o.o. at the time of the duration of the auction, while visiting the stables and especially during horseback riding will do so at their own risk. The organisers of the auction do not accept responsibility for any damages to the any person or property during the duration of the auction or any event associated with the auction.
